Prep For Festival Day:

  • 1. Download Your Vendor Checklist.

    This is your one-stop shop for all the things you need to do before the festival! It includes where to send payment, what things you’ll need to submit, and links to collateral so you can share your involvement with your audience! You can find that here.

  • 2. Consider How You Will Make It Interactive and Colorful.

    We love it when our vendors and partners make their booths interactive and super colorful and bright! We’ve had people teach mini apple cider making classes, we’ve done intakes, tarot readings, and so much more. Get creative. How do you want to engage with your potential audience?

  • 3. Share Your Involvement With MBM!

    We know you’re busy so we made it easier by creating all the collateral you need to share on your social media platforms of preference. It is free for the public to attend the event but it does require an RSVP so we can communicate with everyone about weather, festival updates, and more.

FAQ:

What is a COI? Here is a good article on COIs: https://www.thimble.com/event-insurance/coi-events

In short, you just need to contact your insurance agent and say, “I need a COI (certificate of insurance) for an event I’m doing with oneC1TY listed.” They will know exactly what that is. 

When is the deadline to pay? The deadline to sign up is April 14th. However, we cannot reserve your spot without payment and filling out the vendor survey. Spots are limited so please sign up as soon as you can.

When do I have to turn in payment and fill out the survey? Same as above. April 14th is the deadline, but even if you have been accepted you can lose your spot unless you fulfill the requirements. If you want to reserve your spot, but need assistance please reach out to us directly at Elizabeth@TRILUNAwellness.com.

Do you offer scholarships? We do have some scholarships available! They are reserved for non-profits, social justice orgs, sustainability cos and non-profits. If that sounds like you reach out to us directly at Elizabeth@TRILUNAwellness.com.

What happens if it rains? Unfortunately, if the rain is bad enough the festival will be canceled.

Is my vendor fee refundable? Please note that the funds from your vendor fee are used to help us pull off the festival which is entirely self-funded by TRILUNA and oneC1TY. As a result, the fees are non-refundable but we will still honor your spot the next year we host the festival. Because we know this is a risk we keep that fee as low as we possibly can.

We are all here in the space together because we believe in a vision of our city that is more inclusive, more magical, and more invested in wellness. Real wellness—the kind of wellness that cares about the community, understand how access affects health, is working to breakdown the barriers and stigma around therapy, and fights to end bigotry in every capacity.
